The ordered was placed Thursday. It shipped Friday.
Today, the Arduin Trilogy, Engineering Dungeons, Ready Ref Sheets, and Dwellers in the Mirage arrived in the mail, shipped from Wisconsin to Finland.
Everything was superbly packed and in the condition listed on the website. The shipping I was charged was exactly the postage cost listed on the envelopes.

I love Noble Knight. I praised them elsewhere once and someone jumped all over me, but I've always had great products and customer service from them. Certainly a better experience than 51% of my eBay transactions. Thanks to NK, I've managed to "recover" a pretty good chunk of my misspent youth!
ReplyDeleteI agree, I've had nothing but good (and fast!) service from Noble Knight Games. Plus, they often have stuff I just can't get elsewhere.
ReplyDeleteI've ordered from Noble Knight. There was a (very) minor problem with the order, which they promptly and cheerfully corrected.
ReplyDeleteI'll join the chorus of gamers endorsing Noble Knight Games.
Noble Knight, my favorite online store. Always ships fast and the packing is unbeatable. I have traded with them too, and had no issues - got exactly what they offered with no hassles. Just adding my voice to the choir of the faithful.
ReplyDeleteNoble Knight is fantastic. I'll happily order through them for my out-of-print stuff every time.
ReplyDeleteIs that the new hardback Arduin Trilogy you got? I hope you like it as much as I am.
ReplyDeleteIt's the 2002 Emperor's Choice digest-sized books.
ReplyDeleteGrrr...ordered a copy of Labyrinth Lord via Amazon marketplace from Comics Now...on Feb 19th...still NOT here. (accompanied by sound of teeth grinding.)
ReplyDeleteHow come some companies can do it right while others completely drop the ball? I would imagine that when the dollar is stretched so thin, companies that are still in business would be scrambling to make sure the customer is eminently pleased w/ their service. But hey, what the hell do I know? I'm only a "consumer".
