On a Mac, Grindhouse now has ligatures and Ye Olde Effef, and Vornheim is legible as well. Thanks.
BTW, I prefer Grindhouse as separate PDFs. The One PDF To Rule Them All confused me, especially with multiple tables of contents only vaguely related to the PDF page.
I shall download and have a look :)
